The trade fair of the future no longer just sells square metres.

It builds knowledge ecosystems: it connects people, companies, technologies, and knowledge … complementing the in-person interaction at a trade fair. It understands which topics matter to each community, which contacts are relevant and which business opportunities might arise – before the participants even start looking for them. A temporary event is transformed into an intelligent ecosystem that operates all year round.

Agents research markets, identify relevant companies and experts, curate content, initiate contacts and continuously create new value for exhibitors, visitors, and partners, including intelligent matchmaking.

“Agentic Fair – Orchestrating the Future of B2B Commerce and Knowledge Ecosystems” demonstrates how AI agents will fundamentally transform the role of trade fairs – and how trade fair organisers can shape the transition from being mere providers of exhibition space to becoming intelligent orchestrators of their own knowledge ecosystem.
